The Delegation from Ricardo Palma University of Peru Visited Hebei International Studies University

On November 12, 2025, Professor Felix Romero, the president of Ricardo Palma University in Peru, led a delegation to visit Hebei International Studies University, marking a new chapter in the educational cooperation between the two institutions.

Professor Sun Jianzhong, the chairman and president of Hebei International Studies University, warmly received the delegation from Ricardo Palma University. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation topics such as medicine, architecture, and language teaching, reaching multiple consensus and laying a solid foundation for further cooperation.

Professor Sun Jianzhong introduced the rich achievements of Hebei International Studies University in international education to the delegation, and also highlighted the construction of the new campus and the achievements of intelligent construction.  

Accompanied by Dr. Yang Zhen, the vice president and assistant to the president for foreign affairs of Hebei International Studies University, and Ba Li, the director of the Teaching Quality Monitoring Office, the delegation visited the World Library, professional training rooms, Fenglong Academy University Hall, the Smart Brain, the Big Data Center, and the Management Decision Cabin. After a comprehensive understanding of the practical teaching characteristics and highlights of the smart campus construction of Hebei International Studies University, the delegation from Ricardo Palma University highly praised the educational philosophy, educational passion, international vision, and global perspective of Professor Sun Jianzhong, the chairman and president of Hebei International Studies University, and expressed full confidence in the university's future as a world-class institution.

Under the joint witness of representatives from both sides, the signing ceremony between Hebei International Studies University and Ricardo Palma University of Peru was successfully held. Professor Sun Jianzhong, the chairman and president of the university, and President Felix Romero of Ricardo Palma University of Peru signed the cooperation agreement together, marking that the cooperation between the two sides in numerous fields has entered a substantive promotion stage.
